Ely Pride 2025 - August 9th

Stallholder Application System

We are delighted to welcome traders back for Ely Pride, 2025! We beat our previous record of 4500 in 2024, with over 6000 attendees!  Whilst trading conditions were slow for everyone, at our event and indeed nationally, we were delighted with the turnout and all of the wonderful stallholders who took part - we hope you will be returning for 2025 for our biggest and best event yet!

You may have spotted that we have moved date... we have traditionally held Ely Pride on the first Saturday in August.  This has always clashed with Brighton Pride which draws a significant number of people away from the area, and so we've decided to go forwards on the 2nd Saturday of August each year - which has a better track record with weather too.

It's not just our date which has changed... we're moving to a brand new location! We will announce more details very soon, make sure you are subscribed to our Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram and/or Newsletters for up-to-date information.  Our new site which is orders of magnitude larger, allows us room for all sorts of new things, including a community tent, an on-site car park and much more!

We are aiming to host a Community Tent for the first time this year, for smaller organisations or community groups who may not have the means to insure or bring a gazebo etc.  If you would like to register your interest in our Community Tent - please Contact Us.
We are also seeking interest from stallholders/exhibitors for an 18+ adult only marquee - if you would be interested in locating in such a space for things like adult content talks, products, body positivity sessions and more, please Contact Us and if we have sufficient enquiries we will make this happen.

We are aiming for 10,000 attendees this time! We have a very special event happening on stage, for which we're seeking live TV coverage and along with our amazing line-up of talent, we have a Ru Paul's Drag Race UK star performing on our main stage!

This is our third year using our new application form system and as with last year, we've taken feedback on-board and have endeavoured to simplify it even further - if you have any suggestions or issues, please do let us know.

You can save your progress to continue at a later date and you can also complete the form off-line.  You will also be able to upload documents such as insurance certificates directly here too.

The deadline for stall applications is Sunday, June 22nd, 2025
We may be able to make exceptions beyond this date but cannot guarantee this.

Pitch fees are £140 for food/drink vendors and £80 for all others - applications received on or before April 6th, 2025 will be eligible for an Early Bird discount to £130/£70 respectively.
